I checked in on the 17th of June and checked out on the 24th of June. I was originally given a standard double room which was okay however the water was not working to which the excellent reception staff upgraded my room to the 12 floor ,which is the most upper floor. The room was amazing and had everything I needed in it and the view was also stunning too. The daily breakfast well equipped with multiple variety’s of food and sweet treats to select from. The waiter staff at breakfast were also amazing, kind and always there to help me if I needed anything. I want to thank the manager lady and the receptionists for making my stay a warm and welcome and I will be definitely making a future booking again in the near future - Teshsukur Edirum - Asif.

Extremely disappointing experience. This hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, but it does not come close to meeting even basic expectations. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable. The bathroom was in a disastrous condition, and the room itself was extremely small. The bed was far too small and uncomfortable. Hot water took around 10 minutes to arrive, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5-star. There was no balcony, and the windows lacked proper safety protection. The surroundings were terrible. There are multiple construction sites around the hotel, with several directly in front and others on the side, resulting in constant noise and an unpleasant atmosphere. The prices are outrageously high compared to the quality provided. The staff were below expectations and not particularly helpful. The city center is far away, making the location inconvenient. Overall, this hotel is severely overrated and misleadingly marketed. In my opinion, it deserves no more than 1.5 stars. I would not recommend it and would definitely not stay here again. The value for money is extremely poor. And Absolutely nothing matched the photos. The advertising is misleading, and the reality is completely different from what is presented online.
