BEST GARDEN HOTEL

The staff were nice.

The hotel is in a very bad and unsafe location the entrance to the lobby is behind the hotel, the pictures shown are false advertisement, the picture shown is a cafe/bar, the property is in a very loud and noisy location you can’t even open the windows or sleep properly, very unsafe for a family stay. - The rooms were small, very dirty, reeked of cigarettes, didn’t have tissues, faulty bins, faulty doors. - Staff didn’t replace towels, the towels were also ripped and stained. - The beds were very uncomfortable, ripped blankets, and uncomfortable pillows. - The bathrooms were also dirty and had toilet problems. - The elevator is WAY too small for a hotel, it’s also very slow, faulty, and doesn’t go all the way to the 5th floor, you have to get off on the 4th floor and walk up the stairs to reach the 5th floor. - The suite room in the 5th floor had a faulty shower, water barely ran and the water wasn’t even warm, the room also barely had lights. - The breakfast room was in the basement and the cafe/bar is on the ground floor and is the main attraction of this property (unsafe for a family), breakfast was limited, too much cheese. • The staff were nice but they also deceived us with the pictures they have posted up on Booking. • My family were uncomfortable because of the cafe/bar and the dirty facilities, never again.

Es gibt viele Hotels, die genauso gut ausgestattet sind wie das Best Garden Hotel aber ich habe noch nie so ein Gastfreundliches Management gesehen. Super freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist perfekt, gegenüber ist die Metro Haltestelle Aksaray, ein paar Meter weiter die Straßenbahn, hier ist man wirklich nicht auf Taxis angewiesen. An das Hotel: Bleibt so, wie ihr seid und lasst euch nicht vom Geiz und Gier der anderen beeinflussen.

Zum Hotel gehört auch noch ein Cafe, da war das Personal allerdings nicht sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistung war aber auch hier sehr gut von daher gibt es hier keinen Punktabzug für das Hotel.
