It was a wonderful experience especially the staff!

The staff is the best part! Majd and Utkan took wonderful care of us always helpful and very caring. They speak Spanish, English and very knowledgeable about the city everything to do!

The hotel has an excellent location, close to restaurants and shops with a great view to the Bosphorus.

Sehr sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal, das Hotel bietet zu jeder Tageszeit kostenlos, türkischen Tee, Kaffe, Wasser, Limonade. etc. . Die Lage ist top und trotzdem ruhig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Sehr nahe zu U-Bahn, zum Hafen und viele Attraktionen und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Für unseren Geschmack waren die Matratzen etwas zu weich.

여기너무깨끗하고 직원들 너무 친절했어요 입지도넘좋아서 시르케지, 아야소피아, 근처웬만한건 걸어서든 트램이든 접근성 너무 좋았구요 아이가 아파서 체크아웃1시간정도 늦게 해달라고 요청했는데 흔쾌히 허락해주신것도 너무 감사했습니다
