very noisy, like you are sleeping on the road. lack of the internet, no Internet connection at all. you may use it only at reception and not in the room. We ordered “fixed price transfer” to the airport from hotel, but it turned out that the driver has his own price which we paid more expensive than Uber, not fixed at all.

Замечательный отель! Я так благодарна персоналу! Все до единого такие добрые, человечные, вежливые ну прям как родные! Сам отель 10 минут от Босфора с окна его тоже видно! Красота! Чисто! Комнаты светлые, все аккуратно, чисто, приятно как дома прям🫰Я не помню имена ребят но пока мы проживали там поменялись 3-е и они все молодцы! Девочки готовят замечательные завтраки! Огромное спасибо! Процветания Вашему бизнесу!

Ontbijt was goed, Personeel prima in orde! Leuke mensen die veel voor je willen doen :) Zelf aangeven wanneer je kamer gedaan moet worden, vind ik erg prettig.

Niet altijd warm water... da's een beetje jammer. De bult op vanaf het water is best een dingetje... maar dan wel weer goed voor de conditie :) De taxichauffeur die ons naar het vliegveld bracht, wilde stoppen om cigaretten te kopen (vonden wij prima hoor, maar daardoor wel 300 lira meer betaald voor de rit omdat hij zijn meter liet lopen :( ) En hij zeurde ook nog om een fooi.....

It was VERY BAD, one of the worst experiences in recent years. Misleading photos, lost staff, horrible breakfast…Upon arrival, our room wasn’t available due to maintenance. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, the room wasn’t cleaned until specifically asked for at 2 pm (!!!). Breakfast - ridiculous: 6 types of cheese, eggs and fries, cheap cake and undrinkable coffee. That’s pretty much it. Area - dirty and unwelcoming.
