You can’t trust the ratings on TripAdvisor for restaurants in istanbul. This worried me about accommodation ratings however, this property really did meet expectations. I under estimated how much good service matters and we certainly had amazing service. All the staff were so kind, helpful and kind. We even got tea and Turkish delight when we left. The property is on a fairly quiet street and in a great location in the pedestrian-only zone location in Sultanahmet (Old town). It’s near lots of restaurants and a 10 min walk to the Grand bizarre and close to the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. It has a lovely rooftop where you have breakfast and even in late October we sat outside. The breakfast was lovely and had something for everyone to enjoy. The standard double rooms were compact but perfect for our needs. The family room had an additional single bed and lots of wardrobe space. All rooms were styled in Ottoman-Turkish style. Think huge gold and red throne chairs! We had such a lovely stay. Thank you so much The White House hotel.

Das Hotel ist im Empire Stil in weiß gehalten. Sehr geschmackvoll! Selbst die Vorhänge waren exklusiv.
