Banyan Tree Sanctuary

Room was small but comfortable. couldn't leave slider open at night because frogs were so loud and it got too hot in the room with no AC

Very secluded and quiet. My wife and I really enjoyed the peacefulness and the beautiful grounds.

Great communication with owners they were very helpful

We had a lovely stay at the Manta Ray Suite. We enjoyed the private lanai and quick access to the hot tub at night. The staff were very friendly.

This is an extraordinary place, beautifully nestled at the top of a narrow tree-lined road, designed to blend into the landscape. It's high, and the view of the sea is grand. Well appointed, with a salt-water pool and very nice communal areas. We stayed only one night, a stopover between Kona airport and the drive to Hilo. We left thinking we would like to stay again, perhaps stay two nights. Lovely hosts.
