The Berkley, Las Vegas

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren geräumig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Und vor allem war es sehr ruhig. Den Pool haben wir gut genutzt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt.

Rooms were beautiful

The ambiance is exceptional as there are lots of greens and activities around. Its location is also a plus factor so this is highly recommended for those who love to enjoy and maximize their stay.

The elevators become so busy and quite noisy and slow at times which should not happen actually at any given time of the day. The refrigerator was not working properly so I need to call for maintenance which of course unexpected in a suite however, when we came back, it was fixed. The amenities are nice to have but I wonder not many residents use them which I started to doubt as there was not much really of promoting those so residents like us could have tried them. Food is not included though but that's in my wish list.

Amazing location and view, the room was comfortable and all faciliities are convenient. Front desk was friendly.

Water in the shower is not hot enough

Loved the location, the pricing, how nice everyone was.

I didn't like the selling point after check in to get our parking pass. How long we are there, are we getting tickets or a time share. Very annoyed. The main issue are the elevators. We stayed on the 17th floor. It would take 10 minutes just to wait to go down. The elevators atopped almost every floor on the way down. Its also unfair to use the same elevators as the cleaning crew. They should really have their own. I would stay here again, however, I wouldn't stay anyhigher than the 2nd or 3rd floor.
