Overcharged and refused a direct refund, plus the room was dirty with unchanged, stained sheets and no hot water.

We were overcharged and told to contact Booking.com instead of being refunded directly. The room was also not properly cleaned—the sheets hadn’t been changed and still had visible stains. On top of that, there was no hot water. Overall, very poor service and unacceptable conditions.
