Home Away From Home!

+

We were in town to see the Phantom of the Opera for my girlfriends birthday. I had always wanted to stay at the Peninsula Beverly Hills and our experience surpassed all expectations. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The Living Room Tea was a terrific experience which I would recommend to anyone. The property was beautifully maintained and our room was spacious and quiet. The team went above and beyond in all areas. The highlight was arriving back in our room from the show to find a custom designed Phantom of the Opera cake! It was delicious and a great reminder of the level of service the Peninsula dedicates itself to. We look forward to future stays with the Peninsula and consider it a home away from home!

Superb Service Makes the Difference

+

We last stayed at the PBH about 12 years ago. I remembered it as being a very good hotel. But this stay was truly superb. The hotel was much as we remembered--no major renovation that was apparent. So you might think the facilities are getting a little shabby. Nothing could be further from the truth. The hotel gleamed--immaculately clean, extremely well maintained, and classic without seeming dated. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, as you would expect from a luxury hotel. The location is conveniently central for West LA, but quiet. The food in the restaurant is excellent. But what really makes this hotel fantastic is the service provided by the top notch staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly, and eager to serve. From the front door bell staff and valets, to the concierge, bar, and restaurant staff, the standard of service was truly exemplary.

Immaculate Stay with a Celebrity Sighting & Miracle Concierge!

+

The Peninsula Beverly Hills is the epitome of luxury! The property is absolutely immaculate, and the staff is lovely and attentive. I even got to see Ben Stein having lunch at the pool. On my final day, I decided I wanted to get Botox before going home. The concierge Kerri was excellent, and managed to secure me a last-minute appointment at Beverly Wilshire Aesthetics, and I love my results!
