The room was amazing, it was amazing to come home. A lot of love and attention to details, the reception desk and all the staff were attentive and super helpful. It was a pleasure!

wonderful design, good staff, beautiful pool and good gym. excellent beds.

nothing really negative, but location on Gran Via does not seem a great fit with the look and feel of the hotel. Restaurant is nice but a bit middle of the road.
