Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

The friendliness of staff and the location

This was our first stay at a Four Seasons property, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and perfectly located for exploring Madrid, but what truly makes this property exceptional is the staff. Every person we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Pablo, Claudia, and Javier were especially outstanding and deserve special recognition. The service consistently went above and beyond. Our son is a huge soccer fan, and the staff surprised him with Real Madrid caps and even delivered his favorite donuts to our room after breakfast on our last day. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've experienced, with an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options and attentive service each morning. We also had dinner at Dani's on our first night, and it was an excellent start to our stay. From the smooth check-in process, to the breakfast team, to the staff who helped us hail taxis and made sure we connected with our airport transfer, everyone was helpful, kind, and friendly.
