Conrad Manila

Everything. The hotel, the room the employees, how safe I felt. All the employees at this hotel were very nice, polite, helpful and professional. The room was very spacious and I had a clear view of the bay. There was great variety of foods and drinks for breakfast. Special thanks to JR and Jane at the customer service desk, John and Warrin at the elevators, Jamie and the lifesaver (I am sorry I did not get his name) at the pool, JC, Elderson, Antonett and Marc at the Brasserie, the housekeepers even though I did not see them and I don't have their names, since they kept my room clean and replenished every day. And I don't want to forget all the employees greeting and helping the guest. This was a wonderful experience and if I every go back to Manila, I will definitely stay here again!

My 3rd time in Conrads with my Family to relax and some business meetings. A big shout out to Josh and Eunice for very nice service in our stay there serving complimentary drinks and bibingka. " Mabuhay" And of course to John Rivera who always greeting us with warm smile and making sure if our stay is all good. Whenever we need Hotel to stay. Conrad is our GO TO Hotel. With these kind of people serving you- Everything is Good! ☺☺☺

Expensive room rates.

Ambience is so refreshing, perfect if you really want to go on vacation. Service is great. Gil is very friendly and helpful!
