Will not book here again.

Location. It was walking distance to the Venice Grand Canal Mall. Also, there were other shops and markets nearby.

Over-all … The building is acceptable. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. It has a big reception area in the lobby. Regular residents tend to hang out … just to gather here. The unit itself is run-down. Owner needs to do a better job in exterminating the place to get rid of unwanted bugs. Left immediately and made new accommodation for the remaining days of our stay in the Philippines.
