The location was convenient and the building itself seemed secure. The unit had potential and the general layout was fine.

Our stay was very stressful due to several issues. Around 6 PM on our first evening, the bathroom door suddenly locked and could not be opened. We contacted the host immediately but did not receive a response until the next day, forcing us to leave the unit and use a public restroom overnight. The host mentioned there was a key for each door knob inside the apartment, but the bathroom key did not work. I even recorded videos showing that the key did not match the lock. When maintenance finally arrived, they confirmed that the bathroom key indeed did not work and the door knob had to be replaced. Communication was slow throughout the situation. I informed the host that I was in a business meeting, but instead of understanding the inconvenience caused by the unit’s issue, we were pressured to return immediately and were told that cleaners might remove our belongings and place them at the concierge if we did not come back in time. Additionally, the second bedroom had a strong urine-like odor, which made the room uncomfortable to use.

There were no clear instructions on how to find the apartment nor how to collect the keys. We tried calling the 24 hour number but no response as the owner was in a different time zone. After an hour we left the area and found a hotel. Owner responded about an hour later, apologised and arranged a refund which was appreciated.

The location was good, there is a huge shopping mall nearby with lots of amenities and places to eat. The property was clean and the host was very accommodating and helpful in assisting me when I had problems checking in.

The apartment was neat and clean. The location is very good with amenities nearby. Plenty of food options available, the most important is that this place is comfortable and the host is very attentive.
