Laura was so welcoming and helpful. Has a shop on site and is within walking distance to a mall. Felt very safe and comfortable

The owner is very nice and helpful. The wifi worked well. The room was very quiet. It’s an easy and safe walk to the shopping centre where you can find decent food and a food supermarket. There were zero cockroaches. The building is very secure and nice security men onsite who always help you. Bed was comfy. Air con well And nice to have a fan

For the money paid there were too many things missing. It was self rated as 4 star. That just annoys me when it’s only scrapping a 3. Only 1 pillow each. There’s was no Knife, fork, mug or bowl. Just 2 plates and 2 forks and some glasses. And all Of these were dirty. But I couldn’t clean them because there was nothing to cLean the dishes with. There was no soap for the bathroom. I think a bar of soap in the minimum you need To provide. I don’t expect shower gel and shampoo every time but I expect soap so I can at least wash my hands. They replaced my towels once upon request, but only with damp smelly towels. The washing machine was useless because no powder provided and you couldn’t dry the clothes anyway.

WiFi was free. We did not ask for an extra bed. This accommodation unit met my expectations. Mrs. Laura is a very kind person, she took us to the room, showed us the accommodation, instructed us how to use the air conditioning and TV ... everything was perfect.
