Situation

Most of the charging points in the room did not work and mini bar had not been replenished. Only one gown and slippers for two occupants. Bath towels hung directly over toilet. No hot water and despite reporting on several occasions we end up having to run basin bath and shower for ten minutes to achieve tepid water in basin , bath and shower. The hairdryer lead was extremely short and difficult to see in the mirror. Although the quality of the buffet breakfast was good it however only lukewarm warm.

Las instalaciones del hotel son magníficas, la habitación excelente, grande. espaciosa, la vista a la bahía la hizo maravillosa, el baño limpio espacioso, el closet, la cajilla de seguridad amplia, el minibar muy completo, La ubicación perfecta para lo que necesitábamos, el personal amable.

No encontramos puntos a mejorar.

Notre fille de 15 ans avais un lit qui n’était pas un standard pour nous dans un 5 étoiles. Nous aurions aimé mieux pour elle
