Spacious apartment Rooftop Pool Location is prime for Wynwood nightlife, although with that comes the riff raff of Wynwood nightlife; 24hr Desk is great Maman cafe next door - Papi's Breakfast Bowl is a definite recommendation

On checkout day, they tried to charge me an entire night's stay despite requesting a late checkout more than 24 hrs in advance. I travel alot and most hotels and apartments (Airbnb or not; I booked through Booking.com) will allow 1 additional hour for a checkout at 12.00pm. There was no pre-warning or T&Cs stating the amount I would be charged if checking out late and they seemed to pull the figure out of the air; It started at $30, and quickly escalated to $91. After a frustrating exchange with the host on Whatsapp, I went downstairs to the desk as I was Checking out: - The desk manager said that he had knocked on my door at 11.00am and there was no answer; I'm sorry but in What hotel in the World will a desk manager knock on a Guest's door at the pre-agreed checkout time?! (Housekeeping possibly, but not the Duty Manager) - Trying to justify the charge, he has accused me of having a 2nd person (still asleep in the room), implying I had brought company back; that is an accusation I do not take lightly and was offended and vexed.
