AXYHOTELS InnStyle Milano

Great location, close to all the major historical and sightseeing attractions. The breakfast was excellent, and they also provided plenty of complimentary snacks and drinks.

Rooms are small, with no window views.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. They took time to introduce us to the hotel facilities, suggested places to visit while in Milan and answered all of our questions over a glass of Prosecco. We found AXYHotels InnStyle to be unique in that it provides food and drink to guests throughout the entire day at no extra charge (including items from the in-room mini-bar). The breakfast was excellent with a well provisioned buffet and table service. Our room was very clean, quiet and well laid out (e.g. USB plugs beside the bed and light switches where you wanted them). We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is within comfortable walking distance (15 minutes) of the Milan Centrale railway station and close to metro stations, but is not in the most fashionable part of the city. The entrance from the street does not lead directly into the hotel but to an elevator or stairs. The actual hotel reception is on the 4th floor (this is not a complaint, just a little out of the ordinary).

網站上都說員工被反覆稱讚為熱情、友善且樂於助人。但我8 月 27 日下午入住，櫃台人員卻一點親切感與笑容都沒有，跟網路上形容的差異很大，我拿了張Booking.com的訂房單給他，他卻把它直接丟在垃圾桶，感受到被歧視。
