We liked everything. We have been traveling for decades (!) and this is the first hotel that gets 5 stars in every category. The location was perfect for Milan, the breakfast was sensational, the staff could not have been any more pleasant or accommodating before and during our stay, the rooms were large and comfortable with excellent amenities, the front desk was staffed 24 hours and the personnel made reservations and other recommendations. In addition to breakfast, they had an evening drink/nibbles session and candy, sweets and bottled water available constantly.
