No request was ever too much trouble, and every detail was handled with remarkable efficiency. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained, offering a level of comfort and elegance that is increasingly rare. What impressed us most was the hotel’s ability to combine grand, five-star luxury with highly personalized service. It is polished without ever feeling formal, attentive without being intrusive.
