Another wonderful stay at Portrait Milano! It’s always such a pleasure to come back. The location couldn’t be better, the service is exceptional, and everything is designed to make you feel comfortable and well looked after. The spa is lovely, the restaurant is excellent, and the whole experience feels effortless. What really makes this hotel stand out is the people. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. A special thank you to Ivan, who is incredibly kind, attentive, and always knows exactly how to make guests feel welcome and cared for. Lorenzo P. made check-in a pleasure and was exceptionally thoughtful throughout my stay, even reminding me to take an umbrella before it started raining. It’s those little gestures that show how genuinely attentive the service is. Freya was just as wonderful during check-out. They all made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s the little details and the people who make the difference, and Portrait Milano gets it right every time. Already looking forward to coming back!

The service team esp Chiara who hosted me . She reached out to me before my arrival to cater for my needs so that she can prep to make my stay a comfortable one . It was very appreciated by my daughter and I. Most importantly I enjoyed the privacy within the hotel compound.

Magnificent stay! Place is beautiful. Service is outstanding. Special thank you to Hayley for her support and smile during our stay. She made my husband‘s birthday celebration unforgettable. We will come back.
