I booked this hotel after having read previous reviews, but stay was underwhelming & not worth the money. Due to the issues, I was given Marriott points as an apology, but that doesn’t compensate for the quality of the stay. Although I upgraded to an “Executive” room which was to have city views, the room was dark with the only view that of a building across (as per image). Unfortunately, due to the proximity to the opposite building, you are forced to keep curtains closed if you want any privacy. The check in and check out was chaotic with some of the staff poorly trained. On check out I was billed incorrectly and found there were multiple holds put on my card, which were released but take up to 10 days to reverse - just a nuisance. The housekeeping staff were helpful but erratic and although room was cleaned daily, I had to call housekeeping to have dirty glassware removed, which wasn’t cleared when the room was cleaned. In all it wasn’t one thing but lots of little things and just not a pleasant stay.

Rooms were clean and quite cute. Bathrooms spacious and spa-like.

Thought parking was on campus. But parked on corner lot, without trouble. No ice machines on the floors but staff got us some.
