Hôtel Uville Montréal

The location was fabulous, very close to cruise terminal and very close to St Paul street with shops and restaurants. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The room was quiet, you didn't hear your neighbors nor street noise. The staff were so helpful, providing water, directions, recommendations. The breakfast was a special bonus.

Staff was very helpful witĥ information and other mattters regarding our needs. Provided nice "take out" breakfast.

There were no dislikes!

My young daughter and I went to Montreal for a quick overnight trip to explore the city. The young woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful when I had questions about the area. She went out of her way to be friendly and showed us some specific places on the map offered by the desk. The gentleman who checked us out the next morning was also very friendly. My 10-year old daughter thought the record player was really cool! The French-language 60's era music we had in our room was a fitting soundtrack for our trip. I prefer a more savory breakfast, so the chocolate croissant wasn't my cup of tea but I think the breakfast service concept they offered was really interesting. It might be nice to have two options (sweet or savory) when you check in to choose from. The theme of the hotel was really fun - we thoroughly enjoyed it!

The side chair was nice and unexpected in such a small room, but a small side table would have been nice to complement the chair - just big enough for a laptop or for your cup of coffee. The lighting in the room had some glitches...or we just didn't know how to use it properly. It seemed to have a mind of its own.
