Hotel Kutuma

It is a great location, incredibly comfortable and well appointed, and the staff are superb.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil, la disponibilité et le sens du service du personnel. L'hotel ne dispose que de 9 chambres (sans ascenseur) mais le personnel vous aide pour emmener vos bagages dans les chambres (l'hotel ne dispose pas d'ascenseur). Agréable surprise, un croissant, café et jus d'orange nous a été offert le matin. Situé dans le quartier plateau Mont Royal, il est très proche de rues très animées.

L'arrivée en voiture peut être fastidieux pour déposer les bagages, car il n'y a pas d'emplacement spécifique pour faire le check in (se garer en double file dans la rue et attention au piste cyclable également !!).

Biggest critical point is how unbearably dark the room was. It made staying in the room uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Also, we didn’t want to sleep with the AC on, but instead with open door to balcony. Given the noise (of the generator?!) this was impossible. Also, noise from the hallway and neighbouring rooms, as walls are too thin. And slightly random but - we came back to the hotel around 4-5pm for a short afternoon nap, which we couldn’t do because cleaning personnel decided to vacuum the hallway.
