Mikael and Nathaniel were very professional, kind and so helpful guiding us to restaurants, Montreals places of interest

This is a cute small hotel which affords attention to detail and personal service to customers. Parking was next to the hotel, fair fee and 24/7 safe security.

Réception host very pro and friendly

Since my room was next to lobby, door lacks sound insulation. Instructions for breakfast : room service at 10am were not followed. I had to call reception at 10:15 to inquire about my breakfast. Breakfast was eventually delivered to room.
