The room was facing garbage containers and we asked for a change and got charged 80 dollars a night extra

I would have been very satisfied if I had a hot shower or at least some attempt to offset our discomfort.

The room was comfortable and the location was excellent.

There were three of us in the room. The first person had a hot shower and the other two received cold showers. I received an apology, but that was little to offset the inconvenience of not having a proper shower. The room charge should have reflected more than suboptimal conditions.

Had originally booked 2 nights, but ended up staying 4 because it was such a nice stay.

Location was central. Room was great. Staff were fantastic.
