Swissotel Krasnye Holmy Moscow

I recently traveled to Russia for the first time and stayed at the Swissotel Krasnye Holmy. My experience there could not have been better. The hotel’s facilities were amazing, but what truly made my stay special was the thoughtfulness of the staff. I spent a week in Moscow, and my birthday happened to fall during that time. I spent the day out, and when I returned to my room, I found a cute little birthday cake waiting for me—a completely unexpected gesture that made me really happy. The hotel also kindly granted us a late checkout due to our evening flight back to Brazil, which we greatly appreciated. I strongly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again on a future visit to Moscow.

I had a great stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-located with impressive views of the city. The staff were professional and the service was generally excellent. One great plus is that they also offer halal food, which was very convenient and appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed with the check-in experience. Even though our room was ready, they wouldn’t allow us to check in even one hour early without charging an extra fee for two hours. This was the first time I’ve encountered such a strict policy, especially considering the room was already available. It left a slightly negative impression at the start of an otherwise very enjoyable stay. I’d still recommend Swissôtel Moscow for its quality, comfort, and halal food options just be aware of the strict check-in rules.

I liked the hotel. I have stayed in another country but there first time. I liked. But hotel is 5star should have concierge even 4/3 stars they gave service concierge. Old tv style. My colleagues were with me they mentioned that their ac didn’t work

Best Hotel And professional staff. Welcoming service amazing. Breakfast healthy and testy super atmosphere. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Restaurants service foods foods best. Management professional and staff doing their best for your comfort living.
