Location and view was perfect! Room was large enough for our last 3 nights in Europe before heading home. I loved that we were on the 6th floor and could open the windows that overlooked the Marienplatz. If you need quiet to sleep- this might not be for you because you can hear the music and all the action happening below till early in the am (Even with the windows closed). It didn’t bother us. We did not try their breakfast, but we could buy coffee in the am before heading out and drinks on the evening in their little bar area.

The price was crazy expensive (more than double per night) and it was a 30 day cancelation or you lost entire price because it was during Octoberfest- we understand they are going to charge more- but feel that if they are charging more than 1000.00 per night just because it’s Octoberfest they could throw in a free cup of coffee or a drink during our stay!! Some of the staff were a little snobby, but others were extremely friendly and kind. We didn’t have to stay there except when I looked for a room the entire city was sold out for a room size we wanted. So be sure if you are going during Octoberfest- book early and be prepared to dish out a lot of money!!
