Best Western Plus Nashville Airport Hotel - BNA

we stayed in the King suite and it was overall very nice. we like that there is a separate little area for the sofa sleeper for our son and the room had plenty of space to move around. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good, and the staff was very nice.

We did notice an issue with the elevators, they only had one elevator, but the hotel was completely booked, so it took forever to go up or down to get where you were going the parking lot is also a little small to accommodate everybody in the parking spots aren't wide enough. we also had a slight issue with our bathroom in the room, the tub had someone else's hair all over it. The air-conditioning in the hallway is also wasn't working, which wasn't too great considering the temperature outside was over 100°.

I ended up on a room that was leaking water from the ceiling and by the time I woke up and noticed it I walked into a big puddle in the bathroom and had to just get dressed and go sit in the lobby and ended up leaving for the airport without a shower earlier than needed

Staff was friendly and they were able to get me checked in a little early which was super helpful
