Best Western Plus Nashville Airport Hotel - BNA

Staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable and pristinely clean! Breakfast was good.

I can't think of a negative thing to say. My stay was excellent!

I liked how comfortable the bed was and I liked the breakfast I just wish the eggs weren't as watery

I hated the towels they were to small and the tile in the pool area is very dangerous there are no mats to help you not slip there is no grooves on the floor... I didn't like that there is only bland cereals so traveling with a 3 year old there wasn't much I could get her to eat and I also wish they had a cranberry juice option I wish the TV was easier to use and it had more channels and the toilet in the bathroom was way to tall for a child to use on their own so when your potty training and the child can't get onto the toilet it can cause accidents to happen

Very nice and updated room. Front desk Kevin went beyond helpful! My sister was very ill so I really needed a first floor room. Initially he said none available but did some moving around and not only got us on the first floor but closest to the door!! Thanks so much Kevin, you're an angel!!

Air conditioner was not easy to operate. Kevin had to come and set it for us.
