Good service esp. pool side. Pleasant staff at all times - in the lobby. Great staff and drinks at the Speakeasy bar on 2nd floor.

Horrible housekeeping service. First anniversary trip. No housekeeping for the room all nights. Had to ask for water and coffee pods, towels. One night turn down while we were out for dinner. Gold Bonvoy member also, so expected a bit more.

We enjoyed the view (king corner suite) and the valet employees.

When we arrived about 25 minutes before check in, we weren't told about any of the amenities or what to do while we waited for our room. After our check in time passed, we had to approach the front desk to ask when our room would be ready. The front desk employee apologized and said a $100 credit would be added to our room. We weren't given any check in instructions or directions when the room was finally ready. When we went to the rooftop on the top floor the second day, there were large roaches. Also, the ceiling in our bathroom was in rough shape. The valet employees were amazing. Very welcoming and kind. But the front desk employees and lack of information and help during check in and check out wasn't the best. I also am not 100% sure if the credit was received on my end. I paid an additional $200 upon arrival and a separate valet fee.
