The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville

Everything about this hotel is exceptional! It's very chic, modern and beautiful!The staff are super nice and helpful. The rooms are luxurious and well stocked with Nespresso coffee and auxillaries. It's located in a very busy and happening area of Nashville so we were able to walk everywhere.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Location was very central.

The pool area was very crowded and I hated that it closed so early and the music was often far from relaxing. Annoying how people would just stand in the pool with their cocktails. The cabanas were also outrageously priced. They were often empty taking up valuable pool space. Perhaps they should think about offering 2 hour sittings so it’s more affordable for people. Or perhaps get rid of them and add more lounge seating for people.

The rooms were very comfortable and the beds super plush.

Annoyed that the pool closed so early particularly given how hot it was. Also the cost of the cabanas was excessive. As they were often empty you would think that the pricing structure would be revised.

Good location but was only for one night. But nice size bathroom.

Mattresses were terrible, broken and sunken.

Good service esp. pool side. Pleasant staff at all times - in the lobby. Great staff and drinks at the Speakeasy bar on 2nd floor.

Horrible housekeeping service. First anniversary trip. No housekeeping for the room all nights. Had to ask for water and coffee pods, towels. One night turn down while we were out for dinner. Gold Bonvoy member also, so expected a bit more.
