The location and the pool

My room (109) faced onto the street and it was very noisy at night. The hotel does not offer breakfast or water for the rooms. Coffee pods for the rooms were not refilled regularly.

This hotel is neglected. Worn out furniture inside and out. TV was possed. It would not turn off Staff was friendly but cleaning staff poorly trained. I asked for more coffee twice but never got it. AC not working well

Friendly staff and comfortable bed.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome. Very friendly and welcoming. The location is great. It is central to most areas we wanted to see.

What I didn't like was only because we are older people. The hotel has great atmosphere but being in our 70's the stairs were a bit challenging. The only other thing I woud like to see changed is the light on the balcony. It would be nice if you could turn it off when we go to bed. It brightened the room a bit.
