Very close to Frenchman’s street music festivities, but little/no outside noise.

Nice area near the French Quarter - very walkable area for drinking, dining and entertainment. Great place to stay at when you want some peace and quiet from all of the excitement around town.

Joe and Kristi are excellent hosts. They offer details that make you feel at home and are very accommodating. The home is a few blocks from the local restaurants, etc. If you don't want stairs, be sure to request one of the rooms on the main level. Parking can be challenging but we managed ok.

Our hostess Kristi was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts each morning were very nice. We were amazed how quiet our room was even though we were so close to many music clubs, restaurants, etc. We felt safe and took advantage of the streetcar which is walking distance.
