Great FiDi stay

Great Hotel Experience in NYC, made even better by Jose who works front of house. The hotel is a great modern boutique hotel down in the Financial District which is great to experience another side of the city away from Times Square. The fixtures and fittings in all of the areas and rooms are high quality and the decor is just delicious and spotlessly clean. All of the staff were so so helpful with any of our questions however Jose stood out from his colleagues, he was always friendly but professional and always willing to help out. Would definitely book this hotel in the future and recommend to family and friends.
