It was quiet and low key and easy walking distance from grand central

The reading lounge was a bit of a disappointment - it’s giving Priority Pass airport lounge, not a place I would want to curl up with a book and read. But I appreciate that they have good coffee and snacks included in the cost of your stay

The location was convenient.

We found an exceedingly large cockroach in our bathroom (large enough to flummox me, a former New Yorker). In an older hotel in the city, it wasn't the roach itself that was the problem, it was how staff handled our complaint. Being simply offered bug spray is not a customer service oriented solution. We left that night for another hotel (one night into a 3 night, prepaid stay) and had to follow up in person for a proper resolution with the assistant manager the next day. Even now, still waiting for the conclusion of the resolution. With as many hotels there are in the Grand Central area, no need to stay here.

Location is the best...You are close to everything going on but away from the crowds..Room service and the hotel staff is on a 5 star level......My room was very large but ask bout all the perks that come with this hotel.....
