Luma Hotel Times Square

The staff is great, room is new and clean, location is perfect.

The windows is against the walls and very close to the windows of other buildings with a little day light.

Cleanliness & beds: The hotel was very clean, and the beds were excellent and very comfortable. Elevators: The elevators were impressively fast, which was very convenient. Breakfast: Although the breakfast was fairly simple, the manager was extremely hospitable, friendly, and welcoming. Adonis was also great and provided excellent service. Location: The location was excellent and very convenient.

The lobby: The lobby felt quite small, especially for a hotel of this size. A more spacious and welcoming lobby would improve the overall first impression. Reception: Unfortunately, the reception staff did not always seem very warm or welcoming. At times, their manner felt more like that of a strict school principal than a hotel reception team. When we entered the hotel, we often did not receive a smile, eye contact, or even a simple greeting such as “Hello.” A friendlier and more welcoming attitude at reception would make a significant difference to the guest experience.
