nobody helped us wiht luggage (3 suitcases, hotel is not stepless so had to lift suitcases ourselves room was not available despite earlier messaging alternative room in different category, much cheaper but no credit given, not even offer of some compensation (even just a drink) bathroom was oddly designed with both shower and toilet door opening towards the middle where the sink was leaving no room to stand if inside and both doors open. just awkward every time one wanted to use either toilet or shower breakfast finished already at 10am in the restaurant overall paid more than USD2k for 1 night and for that service was very much underwhelming to say the least and certainly not 5 star

Great place

The Pendry Staff rocks! The front desk and bellmen teams understand customer service and deliver it year in and year out. There is limited turnover so we are greeted with recognition every time we arrive and throughout our visit. The interior design is very appealing and the rooms are exceptionally clean.

Very disappointing experience with @PendryHotels Manhattan West. I had two packages delivered to the hotel (valued at $300+). After I checked out, I followed all their instructions and resubmitted their required form multiple times. On May 10, they confirmed they still had the packages. Now, after weeks of no response, they claim the package was “returned to sender” on May 4—before they told me they had it. They have provided no tracking number or proof. Over a month later, there is still no explanation, no accountability, and no resolution. For a hotel that positions itself as premium, this level of mismanagement and lack of communication is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others when having packages delivered here.
