Enrique was a delight. Extremely pleasant and helpful. He used the map to assist with locations of restaurants and activities in Casco Viejo. He also made recommendations and enquired about our experience once we returned. There was an issue with WiFi connectivity and he sorted it out immediately. The Suites are spacious, comfortable and clean. The Courtyard is an oasis of peace.
