Overall, a nice day the lady who checked me in, was not pleasant, however. She handed me my key and then stood there and

Free shuttle to the airport and super close.

My son just had knee surgery and not very good on his crutches. When booking I asked if they had a wheelchair I could borrow, they said no, which was fine because she offered to put me on floor number two the closest door to the elevator. When we checked in, we were on floor number 95 doors down from the elevator. So I put him on a luggage cart and wheeled him to the room. Upon booking, it had said free breakfast, free shuttles. My breakfast apparently was not included in my stay.
