Great location and charming decor

Great location. Nice onsite restaurant. Fun decor. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Valet takes a long while — they warn you but seems lengthy. More than 25 minutes. Shower drains gurgle loudly afterward. Might be just our room.

They put our room right over a club that stays open til 2AM. It's ridiculous. I understand people want to have a good time but why would you put a family with a teenager over the top of a club. Staff is unfriendly. Not very amiable people.

Absolutely lovely.

The staff was kind, gracious, professional, and made is feel very welcome. They were a pleasure to work with and I am encouraged to stay there again. Customer service is of the utmost importance to me and had it not been satisfactory, it would have affected our stay and desire to visit again. Thankfully, it exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure to stay at this location and made our trip extra special.
