Charming older building in a great historic area

I was visiting a family member in the Penn rehab hospital. Literally 1 block from this property, so location was perfect! Great historic neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to Rittenhouse Square. Well equipped. Very nice staff. One unit I stayed in was spiffier than the other but both had everything I needed. Area felt very safe.
