Morris House Hotel

Location, room, breakfast, staff - everything was wonderful!

Beautifully restored home with lovely decorating and a nice breakfast. It is great walking distance to all of the historical sites and the rooms had complimentary water bottles. We enjoyed our stay.

Keep in mind there isn’t an elevator so an older couple may have trouble getting luggage up the stairs, unless they have people to help. Some of the doors were a bit loud during the night, but we still had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful historic property in a great location

Location was fabulous and walkable to Old Town, Museum Mile and South side. Original character and decor appreciated. Boutique and unique. Outstanding breakfast and afternoon snack.

The staff was quirky. I think the layout made two staff members suspicious if I was a guest as you cant always see when a guest comes in. One staff member never acknowledged us.
