Great location. Comfy bed

It's an old house, charming,, but the age means you don't get high tech.

Lovely old original Philadelphia home, now a hotel. It is well maintained and clean with appropriate furnishings and linen. Staff is friendly and informed. Breakfast is above average self service.

This hotel is a wonderful historic building located a block away from Independence Hall and easy access to many historic sites. The room was comfortable, and we would gladly stay here again.

The air conditioning unit in our room made a lot of noise at times, but it was nothing that ear plugs didn't fix.
