This apt was very clean. An other chair would be nice as one person had a comfy one, the other had the bed. The four stool were not good for long sitting for conversations. Check out at 10am was not very accommodating. I would also put the task of exterior painting high on the list.the location was excellent and we really appreciated the neatness of the interior.

The place is nice and pleasant, BUT they make you choose between a damage waiver at $29.90 or a deposit with a mandatory tranasactoon fee. This is just irritating.

It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee.

We loved the property. It was on a quiet street across from a park and right down the block from the light line train. The room was cute and well kept up. The mattress was a little squishy for our liking but still comfortable.

Newly remodeled apartment. Everything look brand new. Very comfortable.
