Arizona State University is an easy five miles away, and it's 15 minutes to downtown Phoenix for restaurants, museums, pro sports, and nightlife. Unwind in our outdoor pool or on the patio. Every day, hot breakfast and WiFi are on us.

We always stay here when we visit Phoenix, but each time the quality has gone down, time for a new place sadly.

Our room had mold in the shower, carpet had huge stains, and there was hair on the dresser counter. Bed was also uncomfortable.

It was easy to find. The room had so many amenities. And the front check in staff was very nice while being efficient! And it had a smart tv.
