Longfellow Hotel

great location and rooms are really nice. Comfortable beds and great showers. Close to everything without being right in the touristy area.

I think it is pretty ridiculous this hotel charges an additional 35$ "hotel fee" for "access to the gym, guest pantry, gym, French press, alarm, and town car." It feels like you are getting nickel and dimed on a hotel that already charges a premium. Paying for the ability to get ice or set an alarm is disappointing. Their response that most other hotels do it was not a great response.

Comfortable, clean, wonderful service including complementary car service and turn down services

We didn’t have spoons for the coffee in our room, no breakfast included.

The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. We enjoyed our weekend very much.

I cannot think of anything else.
