Residence Inn Portland Airport at Cascade Station

As I was checking in, Lilly at the Front Desk, was so friendly and nice, I ended up sharing with her the horrible experience my husband and I had while staying at the brand new Hilton Hotel in Stockton. While it happened a couple of years ago, that experience has stayed with me and I have shared that story many, many times. I went so far as to write about what happened between the front desk man and myself and Corporate Hilton did NOTHING! Anyway, Lilly was so welcoming and assuring that we would not experience that nightmare while staying with them. And we didn’t! Beautiful room, beautiful hotel and great breakfast. Thank you Lilly for making our stay so comfortable!

This was a miss for us. Very convenient to airport, but overnight desk clerk was a little off and room was old and felt dirty. Paid more for this room than we did for a room at the other Residence Inn downtown, which was gorgeous. I'd skip this one.
