Building looked nice

Small room, smoke alarm hanging from ceiling. Toilet placed 1 foot from wall on front of you. Only one glass for drinking from, no spoon to make coffee with, no bottle opener for mini bar, had to ask for hair dryer , very noisy from street ... and so it goes on Very very disappointing

Took a midweek getaway with son, dtg-in-law and grandson. Staff could not have been more helpful (Tino) in setting up crib, storing luggage, giving a quick tour of property and showing us a few neighborhood spots to check out. Love the history and vibe of this hotel.

We stayed at The Francis for a wedding event. The property is lovely, conveniently located and the customer service was immediate and warm.
