The location is terrible and feels unsafe, especially in the surrounding area. I would not recommend staying here if you are unfamiliar with Portland. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Both the front desk and management showed no willingness to assist or resolve concerns. The overall experience was unpleasant and stressful, and I would not stay at this hotel again.

The location is in a neighborhood with a lot of homeless people, but they don’t bother you. It’s near downtown which is nice.
