W Punta Cana, Adult All-Inclusive

Great property overall! It is a brand NEW resort, still in their soft opening so there is room for improvement on their food service ( not all restaurants were open at the same time) and entertainment. But overall, beautiful place. Food taste was amazing!

What an amazing experience. We went to celebrate 2 of our friends 40th & 50th bday. We were a group of 10 people. We just got back and it was a soft opening with low occupancy. The hotel and staff wowed us! Beautiful and top of the line resort, liquor and food. At the pool surged us Giselle. She went over and beyond to meet our wants and needs. She made sure our drinks we perfect, food and entertainment. I cannot say enough about her. The bartender are amazing too. The stuff China, baby Angel) that’s what we called him), China Africana ( also what we called him, I think his real name is Eliser) Gregory, Hoshi and everyone else made our stay unfortunately. At the Spa, my therapist named Marisol, was excellent. One of not the best massage and body scrub that I have ever had. At the Spa a young lady name Stefanie made sure we had the full spa experience with all the different water pool massages and treatments. I cannot wait to go back and see it at full capacity and all they have to offer. Will come back soon❤️

Estuve 5 noches en el W punta Cana, y es el mejor hotel que he ido a Punta Cana de 10 hoteles que he estado, dias antes de ir pense hasta en cancelar por algunos reviews que estaban muy malos, pero tome el riesgo y fui desde el momento que llegue me dieron una habitacion con piscina , super moderna , los tragos que me prepararon en el living room ( Rosa Sol, pisco sour, guava luna etc), estaban de otro nivel, los 3 bar tenders que me atendieron eran excellentes, Fidel fue el que mas nos atendio, los muchachos de animacion muy simpaticos, Giselle, que me atendio en la piscina era un amor, que se me aguaron los ojos en la despedidas porq no hallaba que hacer para contentarnos, la comida era tambien otro highlights , conocimos al jefe de los chefs, un muchacho peruano con tremendo conocimiento culinario, me preparo un Poke con pulpo, tuna y salmon que no olvidare, en los restaurantes de cena comimos delicioso todos los dias , mi favorito due Scena, pedi una langosta demaciada espectacular. Pienso que justamente el hecho de no estar al 100% fue lo que hizo que tuvieramos una mejor calidad en nuestras vacaciones porq el trato fue muy personalizado y no tengan pena y si quieren algo especial ellos de seguro los complacen como nosotros que quisimos un mofongo con chicharrones y no los hicieron sin dudar. Omar y otro jefe de costa Rica, el chef de Peru etc siempre pendiente que si necesitabamos algo se lo dejaramos saber y nos preguntaban todo el tiempo como la estabamos pasando.
