Maren, at check in , location, parking garage all were perfect cannot wait to visit again!
Maren at the front desk was so friendly & kind. From the moment we walked in. We felt welcomed. She was helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. Places to go and etc. the hotel location is perfect for walking to different events and venues downtown. Lots of restaurants, tourist attractions and the Tabernacle was amazing. Parking is conveniently located h behind the property. Cannot wait to stay here again.

Great place to stay. Parking is an adjacent public lot. Don't pay in the lot. Pay at the front desk.
We had a meal in the restaurant the night we checked in. Great staff and good food. Better than I would have thought. Nice, big, clean, modern, rooms and facilities.
Parking is in a public lot right next the hotel. That's fine. I paid with a QR code parking system of payment. Signs said remember your license plate. I took a picture -- not knowing why. What they didn't say (or I never saw) was that I shouldn't paid in the structure. Instead I needed to go to the front desk, show my license plate photo, and that results in a discount on the parking. I didn't get the discount. That was the only issue with the hotel.

Quick stay! Arrived later than planned for an appointment !(flight delay) and out the door at 8:30
Handy location downtown Nicely appointed and comfortable bed. Very nice walking shower. Staff very friendly and nice
