Hampton Inn & Suites Salt Lake City Airport

Bag breakfast was good but TSA took away yogurt. Location was OK. I walked to Perkins for food. I wish there had been a different choice of restaurants

Not your fault but Perkins was my only choice close enough for a tired traveler to walk to in summer temperatures.

The staff was very friendly! The public facilities looked clean and nice.

I originally spent one night in room #110, but next day changed rooms. The reason a black ring of urine/etc, around the front toilet base and sides. It definitely needed to be cleaned and was disgusting. So the next morning I informed Mindy at the front desk why I wanted to change rooms. I was given room #219. same issue, and since I was leaving the next decided to email Comfort Inn & Suites Corporate. The offered an apology and points, but I informed them I wasn’t going to stay at another Comfort Inn Inn & Suites. They also said a previous complaint about this same issue had been reported. My question was why has this been resolved with a process to fix the problem?
